Job Responsibilities
As an Associate Director in Professional Promotion, your key responsibilities will include:
✅ Strategic Brand Planning – Develop and execute marketing strategies for product launch. ✅ Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with Consumer Marketing, Digital Strategy, and Global Marketing teams. ✅ Promotional Campaign Execution – Implement brand campaigns and messaging strategies. ✅ Launch Readiness & Compliance – Ensure brand materials meet compliance and regulatory standards. ✅ Data-Driven Decision Making – Analyze market trends and competitor insights to shape marketing strategies. ✅ Agency & Stakeholder Management – Partner with external agencies and internal stakeholders for effective campaign execution.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Required:
✔ Marketing & Sales Expertise – Proven experience in brand positioning, strategy, and execution. ✔ Strong Communication & Organizational Skills – Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. ✔ Bachelor’s Degree – Minimum requirement for the role. ✔ Industry Experience – 5+ years in pharmaceutical/oncology marketing.
Preferred:
🔹 Recent Product Launch Experience – Especially in Gyn-Onc, ADC, IO, or targeted therapy. 🔹 Pharma Startup or Emerging Organization Experience – Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 🔹 Field Sales Collaboration – Prior experience working with sales teams in a marketing capacity. 🔹 Experience with Regulatory Approvals (Subpart E or H) – Strong understanding of accelerated approval processes.
